-FREE SHIPPING is in 50 US States Only(Also includes Hawaii and Alaska*).
-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Select "World Wide Shipping" to receive a quotation on the shipping charge. Transit times for International orders are between 2 to 4 weeks. Tracking numbers are provided for customs use only. USPS does not provide tracking information on international orders.
All international order are subject to duty(import taxes), and the amount depends on your country's Customs department. We do not cover any expenses relating to Customs. It is the responsibility of the buyer.
We make every attempt to ship orders within 24~48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please add this packing time to your delivery estimate.
-FREE SHIPPING orders are usually shipped the same day and take about 3-7 business days(*6 to 10 business days in Alaska) to arrive at its destinations.
-Orders with Expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air) will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 12:00pm EST. We do not guarantee transit times as shipping carriers may run into unforeseen delays. Please contact us if you have any questions.
All of our magic sing microphones come with one-year warranty. Warranty does not apply to any damaged product. If there is any damage or misuse (trying to open it and fix it on your own) the warranty is voided. Do not send your submic, chips, and song books when returning for repair. Just return the microphone. All cables/AC adaptors are not covered with the warranty and tampering with any microphone voids the warranty. If a battery is left in the microphone and the battery leaks the warranty is voided. If we can't repair it and the item is covered by warranty, will exchange it, according to the manufacturer exchange guidelines, for you at no additional cost. If you've just purchased it and it doesn't work then will exchange it for a new one. We also offer you life time technical support through email.

-We charge $25 for a service fee and an additional shipping charge to ship the product back for any product that is not found to be defective.
-Shipping cost to ship a warranty covered defective product to us is to be paid by the customer.
-We will gladly ship any warranty covered repair or replacement with standard shipping at no additional charge.
If want to exchange the product purchased(all sales final on accessories such as cable, ac adapter, binder, remotes, etc...) we will gladly exchange it to any product in our website within 14 days from the day it was delivered. The product must be in its original box with all the accessories that came with it. If there's any damage, a product can't be exchanged. If you have received free shipping on your order then you have to pay for the shipping and handling on the exchanged product. If there are any items missing or damaged, you will be charged.
-Shipping cost to ship back a return to us is to be paid by the customer.
If you have purchased a product(s)(all sales final on accessories such as cable, ac adapter, binder, remotes, etc...) in this website and want to return, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days from the day it was delivered. You have to email or call us immediately and let us know that you want to return it. There will be a standard 10-25% re-stocking fee. The product must be in its original box with all the accessories. Any damaged or abused products can not be returned. If you have received free shipping on your order, then you have to pay for the initial shipping charge as well as the return shipping. If there are any items missing or damaged, you will be charged.
-Any warranty, exchange, or return shipping to an international customer is to be paid by the customer.
